QUALIFICATIONS
All homes are offered without regard to race, color, religion, national origin, sex, disability or familial status.
Each adult, 18 years of age or older, must submit an application.
Your net monthly income must equal approximately three times or more the monthly rent
A favorable credit history.
Be employed and/or be able to furnish acceptable proof of the required income.
Good references, housekeeping, and property maintenance from your previous Landlords.
Limit the number occupants to 2 per bedroom. (Per local ordinance)
Compensating Factors can include additional requirements such as a higher security deposit, Co-signers or rent paid in advance for applicants who fall short of the above criteria.
OUR PET POLICY
The following is our standard pet policy. As a courtesy we do not charge extra for approved pets at move in.
Due to insurance protocol, we ARE NOT able to accept the following breeds, (fully or partially).
Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, Australian Shepherds, Boxers, Chows, Dalmatians, Doberman Pinschers, German Shepherds, Great Danes, Huskies, Irish Wolfhounds, Mastiffs, Pitbulls, Presa Canarios, Rottweilers, Saint Bernards, Staffordshire Terriers and Wolf Hybrids.
No more than 2 pets allowed in any one unit
No fish tank larger than 50 gal
No endangered species
